New Delhi: In the last 6 trading sessions of this month, foreign equity investors have invested nearly Rs 31,000 crore in Indian equity markets, data shows.

In the last 6 trading sessions of this month, i.e. from March 21 to 28, foreign equity investors have invested nearly Rs 30,927 crore in Indian equity markets. This is due to strong valuations, appreciation of the rupee and macroeconomic indicators.
This marks a significant improvement compared to the previous months.
These recent investments have helped reduce the overall outflow for March to Rs 3,973 crore.
Foreign investors had withdrawn Rs 34,574 crore from equity markets in the previous months, in February, and Rs 78,027 crore in January, data shows.

New Delhi: Park Medi World is going public, Park Medi World Group has applied to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for permission to raise Rs 1,260 crore through a fresh issue of shares.
Headquartered in New Delhi, Park Medi World Group provides medical services at 13 locations including Delhi, Ambala, Panipat and Jaipur under the name Park Hospitals. It has 3,000 beds.
The company said it will raise Rs 300 crore by selling shares held by its investor Ajit Gupta and Rs 900 crore by selling fresh shares. It also plans to raise Rs 192 crore by selling individual shares before the IPO.
Of the proceeds raised by selling fresh shares, Rs 410 crore will be used to repay debt and Rs 110 crore for capital expenditure.
The remaining amount will be used to purchase medical equipment and other expenses of the company, it said.
