Shares and investments acquired by the Adani Group, IANS, a news agency, is fully owned by Adani, Adani Group has acquired additional stake in IANS, a news company, and has taken over it completely.

Currently, the Adani Group has increased its stake in the company to 76 percent with voting rights and 99.26 percent without voting rights.

Subsequently, in December, NDTV acquired nearly 65 percent stake in the company. In the media segment, the Adani Group continues to expand its presence.

Adani Group investing Rs 12,400 crore in Telangana

The Adani Group has signed four MoUs with the Telangana government for investment projects worth Rs 12,400 crore. According to these agreements, Adani Enterprises will set up a data center with a capacity of 100 MW at an investment of Rs 5,000 crore. It is reported that it will provide direct and indirect employment to 600 people.

Similarly, Adani Green Energy is planning to invest Rs 5,000 crore and Ambuja Cements Rs 1,400 crore to set up a cement plant in the next five years.

It is reported that 4,000 people will get employment due to this.

Adani Defense is planning to invest 1,000 crore rupees in the next 10 years for the production, design and research of drone and missile systems, which will create 1,000 jobs.
